Artwork/Design:

Design work quoted up to $200: Upfront payment required.

Design work quoted $201 or more: 60% payment is needed to start any design work (non-refundable). The remaining amount is paid once complete.

Every design includes up to 3 rounds of editing (website packages may differ). If more than 3 rounds of re-edits are required, these will be charged at $49 per hour.

If for any reason, you decide to change direction on your artwork briefs (for example, a complete different design idea to the original brief), then this will become a new Artwork request and be charged accordingly.

Account must be settled before final artwork files are transferred to you.

Printing:

All printing is outsourced to external printers.

An artwork proof for your approval will be issued to you prior to printing. No refunds available once approval has been accepted.

Account must be settled for printing to commence.

✅ User friendly Website Management System and Handover manual. You will have complete control of you website and able to update whenever you want.

Domain name & website hosting for 12 months may be purchased the same day as your deposit is paid. Therefore, the start of your 12 month hosting begins on the same day you pay your deposit. 

Content Management System (CMS) - at handover you are provided with a log-in and guideline, so you can manage your website. You'll be able to add/change text, images and add/delete pages (and sub-pages). Create sections. And so much more.

This package includes two (2) rounds of editing. If more than two (2) rounds of edits are required, these may be charged at $49 per hour.

Although all best endeavors are taken to ensure Easy Peasy Marketing provides the most accurate quotation for your website;

Sometimes items may be missed, or not communicated between the Customer and Designer, whether this be at the time of the Brief or supply of Quotation.

Easy Peasy Marketing employs Third Party applications for website platforms, domains and hosting.

If during the design and revision process, it is determined an item has not been communicated, and therefore not included in the original quotation, then Easy Peasy Marketing will provide all possible alternatives to our customer, including additional pricing options.

Easy Peasy Marketing will not be held financially liable for items not communicated clearly by the customer, or for Third Party price increases (which are out of our control).

If for any reason, you decide to change direction on your website brief after your deposit has been paid (for example, a complete different design idea to the original brief), then this will become a new Website request and be charged accordingly.

​60% payment is needed to begin the design of your website (non-refundable). Then the remaining amount is paid when we are ready to launch your website.

Account must be settled before website is made LIVE and for handover of passwords and CMS.

This package includes Domain name and Square space Hosting Personal plan for 12 months only.  At the end of 12 months, you have the option to renew for another 12 months. Approximate cost of renewal of both your Domain Name & Website Hosting every 12 months is approx $220 per year** (**subject to change). These fees are set by the Domain provider and Squarespace, and not associated with Easy Peasy Marketing.

Timeframes:

All artwork designs, are to be finalised within 30 days, with final payment due on the 30th day (30 day period starting from when Deposit is paid). Even if the design is not finished (perhaps due to multiple revisions or situations out of our control), the second payment will still fall due on the 30th day.

All websites, are to be finalised within 60 days, with final payment due on the 60th day (60 day period starting from the date the Deposit is paid). Even if the website is not finished (perhaps due to multiple revisions or situations out of our control), the second payment will still fall due on the 60th day.

Afterpay:

Afterpay is only available on jobs $100 or more.

2.2% surcharge applies.

Afterpay can only be used as a payment option when full payment is made upfront.

Afterpay cannot be used on part payments or Deposits.

Once payment has been made using Afterpay, this is non-refundable, because designing begins once payment is made.

Refunds:

Deposits and up front payments are non-refundable. This is because once payment has been made, we start working. We begin designing, purchasing domains and hosting etc.

You will be emailed proofs for your approval before any designs are finalised, included printing. No refunds after your approvals are received

Payment of your account is an agreement of these Terms & Conditions.
